Absolutely. We can link and integrate with any PMS in the market.

How many rooms or guests can we add?
Unlimited! There are no restrictions on the number of rooms or guests you may onboard. Our affordable basic or premium plans will accommodate unlimited rooms and guests. From the dashboard, the front desk can easily activate or suspend guest logins as they check in or check out.

Can you support multi-languages for our international guests?
Yes. We have automation tools that will translate to any language you wish.

Can we manage multiple hotels under 1 account?
Yes, we have the flexibility to treat multiple hotels under 1 roof. You may also treat each hotel location uniquely so data analytics can be examined separately for each hotel. Each hotel location may also have different needs & goals. We can customize those needs uniquely and apply them separately.

How many users can be added to the control dashboard?
You may add as many and set different permissions for each user. For example, you may want to confine a user to only managing in-room dining orders with the kitchen whilst another for managing guest amenities or housekeeping.

Can we add our own service providers for upsells?
Absolutely! You may add your own service providers including 3rd party vendors. In the case of 3rd party vendors, we can integrate a booking system, and connect their merchant accounts with Stripe, PayPal Business, BrainTree and Square. This way, they may independently secure a required deposit or advance booking fee.

Is GenerousApp secure?
Yes. Your data is securely stored via Amazon in the U.S.A, which is GDPR compliant. Form submissions are secured using TLS 1.2 SSL from the submitter’s browser through to our servers, and forms and submissions are encrypted at rest.

How long does it take to deploy and launch?
We can launch your branded platform and app in 72 hours. The onboarding process may take another 48 hours to integrate your service providers & guest management.

Is there a charge per request?
No. Your guests may make unlimited requests without any charges incurred on the platform.
You may charge guests or require a deposit for specific services by integrating your own merchant account (Stripe or PayPal).

How many F&B items can we add into our in-room dining menu?
Unlimited! You may add as many items including side-orders or options. You may also assign a price for each side order. Our flexible menu system allows you to categorize your food & beverage items in a stylish 5-star presentation.

Are there charges for in-room dining transactions?
There are no charges. You keep 100%. Guests can charge orders directly to their room bill. At check out, our dashboard system enables front-desk to print out their in-room dining bill which can be added to the total room bill.
If you require your guests to pay with credit/debit card at checkout for each order, a merchant account with either Stripe or PayPal can be integrated. In this case, transaction fees in the range of 3.5 % will be applied by your merchant payment processor.
